Summer is here, so celebrate the season!
Summer is here, and ASK Italian are celebrating the season with two tasty new additions to their menu!
Escape the every-day and try their NEW summer special Burrata & Sunshine Bruschetta (V). In case you didn’t already know… Burrata is mozzarella’s creamier cousin, and their sunshine bread has a tomato base with ‘rays’ of yellow courgette, and purple basil pesto. Just like on their most loved fresh pasta Purple Basil Pesto Genovese, the purple basil pesto is made from actual purple basil pesto grown for them on a family farm in the hills near Verona!
You can eat the sea with ASK Italian’s NEW Crab & Ricotta Half Moon Pasta – filled pasta with crab and ricotta, in a creamy tomato and crab bisque. It’s topped with a large king prawn in its shell and fresh samphire. Try it and we’re sure you’ll feel transported to the Italian coast.
And because Spritz’O’Clock is their favourite time of the day, there’s a range of Spritz’s, so you can choose your perfect aperitivo:
Aperol Spritz – the iconic Italian aperitivo; Aperol, Prosecco and soda
NEW Limoncello Spritz – a taste of Amalfi sunshine; Prosecco with a dash of Limoncello.
NEW Rose Garden Spritz – Refreshing Pinot Grigio rosé win, gin and tonic, garnished with an edible flower.
So gather together your favourite people and toast the season with a spritz or two at ASK Italian. Whether it’s an after work catch up, a leisurely lunch, or a spontaneous get together – summer tastes better together.
The team at ASK Italian would love to see some you guys enjoying their new dishes and drinks! Just upload a photo to Instagram tagging @ASKItalian. There might even be the odd treat in store for their favourite pictures!
Serving up Smiles – ASK Italian’s Kids Menu
Family is at the heart of Italian living, and ASK Italian have a ‘roarsome’ kids menu which encourages little ones to play with their food!
We’re talking Dip and Dunk Pasta and Tip and Top Ice Cream, so kids can get creative whilst grown-ups can relax and enjoy their own meal. There are three courses and a babyccino for £6.95, and a favourite is definitely the Dip and Dunk Pasta, which little ones can dip into a tasty tomato sauce and the dunk into grated cheese – it even counts as one of their five a day*. Or pizza loving little ones can choose their own toppings for their pizza! And for dessert kids can enjoy ASK Italian’s famous chocolate pizza, fresh fruit, or a Chilly Billy pure fruit ice squeezer.
And if this is a little much for really tiny tums, even littler ones can have a smaller meal for just £3.50.
*based on an adult serving containing at least 80g of fruit and vegetables.
