WIN a Family Adventure with Escape Hunt, Cathedral Square

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
       Cathedral Square, 6 High Street, 2^nd Floor, Worcester, WR1 2QE
2. Eligibility
       2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
       2.2 Employees of Cathedral Square, Escape Hunt, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
       3.1 The competition opens upon publication of the promotional post.
       3.2 Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 31^st July 2026.
       3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
       4.1 To enter via Instagram, entrants must follow Cathedral Square Instagram account and leave a comment on the competition post stating who they would like to take on a hunt around Worcester.
       4.2 To enter via Facebook, entrants must follow Cathedral Square Facebook page and leave a comment on the competition post stating who they would like to take on a hunt around Worcester.
       4.3 Entrants may also enter via the entry form on Cathedral Square website.
       4.4 One comment equals one entry.
       4.5 Multiple comments are permitted and each qualifying comment will count as a separate entry.
       4.6 Entries across Instagram, Facebook and the website are cumulative. For example, an entrant who comments on Instagram, comments on Facebook and     submits a website entry will receive three entries.
       4.7 No purchase is necessary.
5. Prize
       5.1 Two winners will be chosen at random and will receive:
       • City Hunt, Return to Wonderland- Outdoor game for up to 6 people.  
       5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
       5.3 The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
       6.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
       6.2 The winners will be contacted via direct message, email or the  platform through which they entered within 14 days of the competition closing.
       6.3 If the winner does not respond within seven days of contact, Cathedral Square reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
       7.1 By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and social media handle for winner announcement purposes.
       7.2 No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
8. Data Protection
       8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
       8.2 Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Cathedral Square’s Privacy Policy.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
       9.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
       9.2 By entering, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility associated with this competition.
10. General
        10.1 The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
        10.2 The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
        10.3 Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
