1. Promoter

‍This competition is run by Cathedral Square Worcester.

2. Eligibility‍

This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Cathedral Square, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. Cathedral Square may require proof of age and eligibility.

3. How to Enter‍

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the online entry form on the official Cathedral Square website: https://www.cathedral-square.co.uk/

• Only one entry per person is permitted
• Entries must be received by the closing date shown in the competition advert
• Late, incomplete, or invalid entries will not be accepted
• Cathedral Square is not responsible for entries that are lost or delayed due to technical issues. You may choose to sign up to the Cathedral Square e-newsletter when entering. This is optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Prize

The prize is a meal for two at The Botanist Worcester, up to a maximum value of £60.

• The voucher is valid only at this location
• Any additional spend over £60 must be covered by the winner
• No cash alternative will be offered
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• The voucher is subject to the venue’s own terms (including expiry date and booking requirements)

Cathedral Square reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

‍A winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a computer-generated process.

• The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected. The decision of Cathedral Square is final.

6.Publicity‍

By entering, the winner agrees that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise where legally permitted.

7. Data Protection‍

Your personal data will only be used to administer this competition, in line with the Cathedral Square Privacy Policy. If you opt in, your details may also be used for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8.Liability

Cathedral Square is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except were caused by negligence. Use of the voucher is subject to the terms of The Botanist Worcester.

Cathedral Square reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at anytime if necessary. These terms are governed by English law, and entrants agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
